The Med Room has a choice of three roof styles, offering both the normal Med Elite/Unica roof as well as the ultra-stylish Isola arched roof. A new option is the Maki roof which comprises a set of interlinked rollers around which sections of the roof retract – difficult to describe but brilliant to watch!
The fabric is held under constant tension laterally and the unique roof designs ensure that all rain water runs neatly off the roof. When required the roof of the Med Room then retracts, in concertina – or roller – style. Operation is only available electrically using remote control.
- Available in a range of widths up to 4.5m (Isola roof) or 5m (Elite or Maki roof) and lengths up to 10m.
- High quality fabric designed and manufactured for use on external structures. All fabrics are waterproof, fire retardant and high strength.
- The Med Room structure is made from high strength extruded aluminum, powder coated to give a clean contemporary feel.
- The Med Room provides shelter from the rain and shading from the sun’s rays but can be fully retracted if desired to enable you to take full advantage of the good weather. The framework is left to give a stylish statement.
Operation
Electric Somfy tubular motor housed within the cassette, with wall mounted rocker switch control.
Or
Somfy remote controlled tubular motor housed within the optional cassette barrel which comes with a neat contemporary handset.
