Canopies for the Hospitality sector don’t just provide shade and shelter from the sun and rain, they can also be the first impression that a client gets of you and your premises. Ignore this at your peril!
No two canopies in the hospitality sector are alike, and like their owners they are unique to their individual need, specific use and requirement. In addition, this canopy must also be an income-generator. This makes supply and installing canopies to the hospitality sector a very complicated business. We are here to make this easier.
Our knowledge of the canopy market is huge and so we have used this to reduce our range to focus directly on what will work for a restaurant, pub, hotel, café or tourist attraction.
Hospitality canopies tend to fall into two styles – permanent and temporary.
For a premises that wants to make a statement, the Bioclimatic structure is the first port of call. A bioclimatic structure features a rotating louvered roof system which can open to a variety of different angles. When fully closed the roof is waterproof, once opened they promote a gentle breeze as well as creating shade depending on the opening angle.
A retractable canopy is a fantastic way to cover an area whilst still making the most of the British weather. As we know, the weather can change in an instant, and so your ability to cover or uncover your area should match this. This is where the retractable canopies make your life easy.
There are two design styles for our retractable canopies: pitched or flat roof.
These structures are the mainstay of the retractable canopy range. Pitched roofs can project up to 5m for the lighter weight domestic structures or up to 6.5m for the heavier commercial units. Individual roof widths vary depending on structure design but multiple units can be joined together to create an unlimited length.
These structures are the ideal solution for those instances where a pitched structure will not suit. The roof fabric can either be tensioned or loose depending on the structure design. Width and projection are dependent on the structure design and roof type. Multiple units can be joined together to create larger structures.
Our fixed roof systems are an easy way to cover larger areas. There is a choice of a pitched structure with either polycarbonate or glass roof or a flat structure with a tensioned PVC fabric roof.
Each of the designs possess a key place in our range and this is usually determined by the application and the budget.
A pitched structure is used to cover an area outside a building.
They feature a powder coated aluminium structure for ease of maintenance and either a polycarbonate or glass roof (dependent on projection).
Generally maximum projection from the building is 5m, although this is less for glass.
These structures are very unusual in the canopy market. They feature an aluminium frame however the roof is a tensioned PVC skin. This means that the roof is shaped and able to withstand winds that traditional marquees can’t.
The Qzebo is primarily aimed at the hospitality and entertainment sector.
The Qzebo is designed to bring Italian flair to the UK canopy market.
The structure features an aluminium frame in a choice of powder coat colours which is topped by a tensioned PVC fabric roof with a low central peak.
Awnings are everywhere in the Hospitality sector – they are on every high street in the UK.
Retractable cassette awnings are great for temporary shade and are suited to cafés and street-front premises.
Dutch awnings are the best choice for shops and when you want to add shape or colour to your building. They are superb for adding sign-writing.
Jumbo umbrellas are a classy way for a café, restaurant, bar or any hospitality venue to cover large areas.
With a single support post, they will allow you to maximise the area. We use a high-quality German product ensuring that the umbrellas meet our exacting standards.
Our retractable roller walls are designed to allow you to enclose an area to reduce the ingress of wind and rain. They can be fitted to any of our structures and/or retro-fitted to an existing garden structure, covered walkway or entertaining area.
The roller walls feature permanently installed side guides which retain the edges of the cloth to provide strength and to minimise movement. The side guides also support the upper roller cassette into which the walls retract.
Our temporary structures bring our quality ethos to a different type of structure.
These marquees come from one of our Italian suppliers and are designed to be strong, easy to use and above all practical.
They all feature aluminium powder coated frames with tensioned PVC roof systems.
They are aimed predominantly at the Hospitality sector however they can be equally useful in schools, leisure centres or even gardens.
